A Founding Territory is a city plus a specialism, like Brisbane · hospitality or Austin · B2B SaaS. The first agency to claim it gets it.
- First look at local leads, from mid-November. For 12 months, businesses in your territory that take the free Score and ask for help are offered your agency first.
- The badge. “Founding Agency of Selection, Brisbane · hospitality” in the Roost, and on your Scores and reports.
- It’s yours, not theirs. Once a territory is claimed, the next agency there picks another one or joins the waitlist.
It doesn’t stop other agencies using RocMode for Agencies in your city. It decides who carries the badge and gets first look. Territory rules are confirmed before launch.

Why only 100?
The lifetime price is for the first 100 agencies. After that, territories stay open to claim, but the seat goes back to US$200 a month until your first client pays. Founders also get first pick of territories, 30% back for life and the Founders’ Room.
