Known
The Entity Fix
Run it when: aI gets basic facts wrong about the brand, or mixes it up with someone else.
Assistants repeat what their sources agree on. If one directory says “mid-market” and another says “100 to 500 staff”, the assistant drops both. Wrong facts get repeated until they’re fixed at the source.
The signal
Known is low, or answers name the brand with the wrong size, sector, location or offer.
What the client seesAI answers before and after, side by side.
The re-readTwo to three monthly scans after the corrections.
The play, step by step.
It starts with a Score read and ends with a re-read.
- Write the entity fact sheet: the full name and what makes it unique, who it’s not to be confused with, one entity line, who it’s for, the offer, the way out.
- Find every source the assistants cite for the wrong fact.
- Correct the sources you control first: the site’s first sentences, profiles, structured data, the BrandGraph.
- Ask the owners of the rest to correct their entry, with the replacement text attached.
- Wait two scans before judging. Then check the facts are right, not just that the brand is named.

The trap
Writing new content to drown the wrong fact. Fix the source the assistant is reading.
