Answered
The Answer Build
Run it when: the brand is named, but the buyer’s question isn’t answered anywhere it controls.
Pages that exist are the only ones assistants and search can send buyers to. Kestrel’s old site had 84 of 149 moments with no page at all.
The signal
Answered is the lowest broken rung: the moments exist, the gate is open, and no page or piece answers them.

The play, step by step.
It starts with a Score read and ends with a re-read.
- List the unanswered moments and the exact questions behind them, in the buyer’s words.
- Decide which become pages (the Website playbook) and which become pieces (the Content playbook).
- Brief each page or piece, then each section. Every section answers one question in its first sentence.
- Write the passages so each stands alone and carries its figure’s source in the same sentence.
- Pre-flight every claim, publish, and name the questions the next scan should move.

The trap
Publishing volume. Thin pages dilute the passages that do the work.
