Believed
The Proof Drive
Run it when: there’s no proof behind the claims, or something wrong is being said.
Every other build is the brand talking about itself. At some point in every purchase, that stops being enough. At Kestrel’s baseline, claims with no outside voice cost the most points of any stage.
The signal
Believed is the lowest broken rung: claims with no outside voice, no figures confirmed by clients, or contradictions in what assistants say.
What the client seesProof counted, and the contradictions gone.
The re-readEach quarter, against Believed.
The play, step by step.
It starts with a Score read and ends with a re-read.
- Pull every claim the brand makes and its state: sourced, signed, bound or removed. Remove what can’t be backed.
- For each judgement a buyer makes, name the voice that would settle it: press, a reference or a review.
- Build a reference bench by sector and role, ready within a week.
- Ask for references and reviews only after a confirmed result, and never write them yourself.
- Place the brand’s best evidence in the sources assistants already read.

The trap
Asking before the result. A review in week three is a favour; after the 90-day check, it’s evidence.
